In Faith Christian School offers an affordable Preschool program for children ages two through Kindergarten.  We provide a loving, and safe Christian environment in which children are prepared and educated for their future.  We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender or national origin.

 

Prospective Student Admission Checklist

Step 1              Submit the following:

                                    -Enrollment Form with non-refundable fee

                                    -Birth Certificate

                                    -Social Security Card

 

Step 2              Schedule an appointment with the Director or Administrator

 

Step 3              Prior to admission, the following must be completed and returned:

                                    -Emergency Form

                                    -Health Inventory & Immunization Record

                                    - Childcare Policy Form
 
                                    - Letter of Understanding

 

 

* A student is placed on the grade roster after all documents have been received, all fees are paid, and tuition arrangements have been made.
